Chopper Technologies is an applied machine learning company working in real estate. HiTouch, our flagship product, is the intelligence layer that turns an agent's existing database into a ranked list of who is most likely to sell.
How we work
Most of the hard work in this domain is not modeling — it is data. Deed histories, mortgage instruments, lien records, and assessments live in county systems that were never designed to be read by anything but a clerk. Getting them clean, aligned in time, and free of leakage is the job.
We do that work county by county, and we validate every market before we sell into it.
What we will not do
We do not publish accuracy numbers we cannot reproduce, claim coverage in markets we have not validated, or ship a score with no explanation attached.
Agents make real decisions on this output. That standard is the product.
